Vorbereitung des
Hochtransportstellung

Rotor mittels Hydraulik
wirkenden Zylinder aufheben;

Mit Schnurzug den Rotorträgerverschluß
aufheben bis
Transportstellung einrückt (1), Druck im
Hydrauliksystem lösen;

Ablenkrohr (3) in Querstellung (A) setzen.
Schwaderumsetzung in Arbeitsstellung

Ablenkungsrohr (3) in vertikale Position (B)
setzen.

Hydraulik mit
Zugzylindern kurz einschalten und Rotor
aufheben, mit
Rotorträgerverschlüsse beseitigen und mit
Rotorsenkung weitermachen.
Vorbereitung des
Senktransportstellung

Äußerliche vier
Transportstellung setzen;

Schutzbügel in Transportstellung setzen;

Rotor mittels Hydraulik
wirkenden Zylinder aufheben;

Mit Schnurzug den Rotorträgerverschluß
aufheben bis
Transportstellung einrückt (1), Druck im
Hydrauliksystem lösen;

Ablenkrohr (3) in Querstellung (A) setzen.

Preparing the swather for high transport
position

Lift the rotors with oneway-working cylinder
hydraulics;

Pull the string to lift the the stop of the rotor
holder and continue until the stop (1) is
locked in transport position (1), release the
pressure in the hydraulic system;

Set the declinatory tube (3) into inclined
position (A).
Transforming the swather into working
position

Set the declinatory tube (3) into vertical
position (B).

Switch on the oneway-working cylinder
hydraulics for a moment and lift the rotors,
remove the stops of the rotor holder and
continue lowering the rotors to the ground.
Transforming the swather into lowered
transport position

Set the outer four spring tines arms into
transport position;

Set the guard rail into transport position;

Lift the rotors with the oneway-working
cylinder hydraulics;

Pull the string to lift the stop of the rotor
holder and continue until the stop is locked
in transport position (1) and release the
pressure in the hydraulic system;

Set the declinatory tube (3) into inclined
position (A).
