WORKING WITH THE ED 825

2.1

Starting up

Before starting up the ED 825, there must be power supply to the machine casing and the communication
cable must have been inserted into the control box.
As soon as the control box has been switched on, all LEDs will go on and the display will show:
Then the computer is going to make contact with the machine, the display shows:
If it is not possible to make a connection with the machine casing, the computer will operate as hectare counter.
When a connection has been made, the actuators are pulled shut and the display shows:
Calibrating the actuators
When do you have to calibrate?
- When all values have been set to their defaults by simultaneously pressing
- After the computer has reported a memory error.
- When one or both electric actuators have been replaced.
That is described in chapter 4.2.1 .
2.2

Reading out values

You can call up various values using the push keys. When you press for instance

At any required moment you can press one of these four keys from any menu to return to the function
indicated by the key.
