1. MIDI Fußleiste (z.B. ENGL Z-15, oben abgebildet oder ENGL Z-12): Die Verbindung
zum Verstärker erfolgt über ein genormtes 5-poliges DIN-Anschlusskabel, bei dem alle
5 Pole der beiden Stecker 1:1 miteinander verbunden sein sollten: Die MIDI-Daten-
übertragung benötigt zwei Leitungen, zwei weitere Leitungen dienen zur Stromversorgung
der ENGL MIDI-Fußleiste. Diese Kombination bietet Zugriff auf alle 128 MIDI-Presets
des Amps, mit der Fußleiste Z-15 lässt sich zusätzlich die Amp Mute-Funktion
über MIDI Controller #7 steuern.

2. ENGL Custom Footswitch Z-9: Diese Spezialfußleiste wird entweder über ein
Stereo-Klinkenkabel mit der Buchse Serial Amp Control Port (46) oder durch
ein 5 poliges DIN-Kabel mit der Buchse MIDI In (43) mit dem Amp verbunden.
In der ersten Variante lassen sich die Kanäle abrufen und zwei Sonderfunktionen
(z.B. Hi Gain oder FX Loop I/II) steuern, als MIDI-Fußleiste in der zweiten
Variante können die ersten 10 MIDI Presets hiermit angewählt werden.

3. Zweifach-Fußschalter (z.B. ENGL Z-4): Die Verbindung
mit dem Verstärker erfolgt über ein Stereo-Klinkenkabel
an die Buchse (47).
Funktionen: Kanalumschaltung Up/Down (CH1-CH2/CH3-CH4)
und 1-2/3-4 (CH1/CH2 - CH3/Ch4), eine genaue Beschreibung
dazu befindet sich auf Seite 21.
Die vier Kanäle können hierdurch nicht direkt sondern jeweils
nur durch Zwischenschalten/Vorwählen aktiviert werden.
Alternativ zu einem Zweifach-Fußschalter kann über die
Buchse (47) auch ein MIDI Switcher (z.B. ENGL Z-11) die
beiden Schaltfunktion steuern.
