Guarantee

We provide a 24 month guarantee for this device.
Damages, which can be attributed to natural wear,
overloading or inappropriate use, are excluded
from the guarantee. Certain component parts are
subject to normal wear and are excluded from the
guarantee. In particular, these include line spool,
blade, cutting line and carbon brushes, provided
that the complaints cannot be attributed to flaws in
the materials themselves. Furthermore, a condition
of the guarantee services is that the maintenance
intervals, indicated in the operating instruction,
have been adhered to and the instructions on the
cleaning, care and maintenance have been fol-
lowed. Damages, which originate due to material or
manufacturer faults, will be repaired free of charge
by replacement delivery or repair. This is subject to
the condition that the device is not disassembled
and has been given back to the dealer with pur-
chase and guarantee verification
You can have repairs done, which are not subject
to guarantee, for a charge by our Service Center.
Our Service Center will be glad to give you a cost
estimate. We can process only those devices,
which have been packed adequately and sent in
properly stamped.
Caution: Possible material damages during trans-
port are borne at the expense of the sender.
Please deliver your device, in case of complaint or
for service, cleaned and with an indication of the
defect, to our service address. Devices sent in
with freight collect - by bulk freight, express or
with other special freight - are not accepted.
We carry out a waste disposal of your device free
of charge
