RWM geprüft (Device proofed)
If the message "RWM geprüft" (Device proofed)
appears, the tested smoke alarm is functional re-
garding the contamination of the smoke chamber.
Possible technical defects are not fully
checked during the diagnosis. For this
reason, additionally check yourself the
function of the smoke alarm device
according to the operating instruc-
tions of the smoke alarm device by
pressing the Testing / stop button.

If in doubt, replace the smoke alarm
device and send it for an inspection
to your retailer (chapter 9.3
"Service" on page 44).
5 A check mark appears in the bot-
tom right display area.
5 Under the status, you will see the
serial number of the smoke alarm
device, the chamber value (see
chapter 5.4 "Kammerwert (Chamber
value)" on page 38) and the type
of the smoke alarm device.
(1) Call up the readout protocol with
"Weiter" (Continue) by pressing
the Start button.
5 The events recorded by the smoke
alarm device (see chapter 5.5
"Events" on page 39) and their
numbers are displayed.
(2) Terminate the readout procedure
with "Schließen" (Close) by pressing
the Start button.
(3) Remove the adapter cable from the
smoke alarm device.
