Preparation
Re� lling the water
Unscrew the plug (33) from the water tank.
Fill with fresh tap water using the pump (76)
or a jug or funnel (77). The actual water level
can be seen on the water level gauge on the
side of the water tank.
The more water you pour in, the greater
the rowing machine's resistance. Level 1
provides the minimum resistance; level 6 the
maximum resistance. Do not � ll the water
tank above level 6 on the water level gauge.
Once you have � lled the water tank to the
required level, add a water puri� cation tablet
(1 pack included). Add a water puri� cation
tablet every six months. If the water becomes
dirty, replace it. Never use chlorine or similar
intended for pools, as this may damage the
water tank and will void the warranty.
Replace the plug. Wipe up any spilled water.

Draining the water
Place a bucket next to the rowing machine.
Unscrew the plug (33) from the water tank.
Pump the water out of the water tank and
down into the bucket using the pump (76).
Replace the plug. Wipe up any spilled water.
NB! The drained water must not be used for
drinking or washing.
Adjusting the pull-back force
The elastic cord is secured to hook A on
the underside of the frame. If you want the
rowing machine's handle to have a greater
pull-back force, carefully move the loop on
the elastic cord to hook B or C.
