Installation

• The connection must be performed with great care.
• The cable insulation must extend up to the terminal connection. Take care not to damage
the wires when stripping insulation.
• It must be ensured through appropriate selection of the cable types as well as the method
of laying the cables that the maximum permissible temperatures are not exceeded.
• The maximum line lengths and maximum voltage attenuation must be observed.
Connection cable
Use communications cable I-Y (St) Y n x 2 x 0.8 mm with special labelling or fire
alarm cable!
The signal wires are protected against interference through connection of the cable
shielding.

Configuration

The detector is configured using the DIL switch.
