UV-Flame detector UniVario FMX5000 UV.ESSER
The installation site of the flame detector must be in accordance with the applicable planning
documents.
The dimensions and possible swivel areas of the flame detector must be observed during
installation.
1. Cable inlets must be oriented downward.
2. Installation brackets with suitable fastening materials (e.g. pins and screws) must be
mounted on a suitable surface without mechanical tension.
3. Fasten the detector base to the installation bracket with the enclosed screws (enclosed
installation bracket packet).
4. Run the connection cable through the cable to the detector socket and plug it in.
5. Mount the flame detector in the correct orientation (positioning of the plug relative to the
socket) on the detector base and screw them together.
Unused cable inlets must be closed using the enclosed plugs!
