Connection

The esserbus transponder for UniVario (Art.-Nr. 808623.10) and the voltage converter
®
(Part No. 781337) are required for connecting the flame detector to the FACP. Only a single
flame detector may be connected at each detector zone input.
System limits
• max. 100 esserbus
• max. 31 esserbus
• max. 127 zones per loop
• max. 1 UniVario detector per zone input on the transponder
• max. 2 UniVario detectors per esserbus

• Observe max. loop length power supply ↔ esserbus
• Connect an end-of-line element (EOL-UV) (Part No. 808626.10) to each
flame detector and a 4.7 kΩ end-of-line resistor to any unused zone inputs.
• Four end-of-line resistors and two end-of-line elements (EOL-UV) are included
in the esserbus
