Q1 I want to make a rush copy, but I cannot because of the long copy job.
You can temporarily stop the current copy job and give priority to a rush copy by using the Interrupt mode.

Q2 How do I change the default settings for the Copy screen from the Colour mode to the Black mode?
You can store the current settings as the default settings using the following method.

You can specify the settings using the following method.
Setting the Shared Folder on the Computer-Side (Using Windows 7):
1. Right-click a new folder → click [Properties] → [Sharing].
2. Click [Sharing] → select the users you want to authorize access for → click [Add] → select [Read/Write] for <Permission Level>
for the added users.
3. Click [Sharing] → [End] → [Advanced Sharing] → select [Share this folder].
4. Click [Permission] → select the users you want to authorize access for → select [Allow] for [Full Control].
5. Click [OK] → [OK] → [Close].

2. Click [Address Lists] for <Import/Export Individually>.
Exporting the Address Book from Another Canon Machine:

1. Click [Export...] → select the Address List and the format of the file. → click [Start Exporting].
2. Specify the location to store the file → click [Store].
Importing the Address Book to the Machine:
1. Click [Import...] → select the Address List and the format of the file.
2. Specify the desired settings → click [Start Importing].

If you specify forwarding settings, you can forward received documents that match the previously set conditions to the Confidential Fax
