Drive-on ramps

1 Roll-off guard
2 Drive-on ramp
The drive-on ramps make it easier to drive the vehicle
onto the runways. When the runway is raised, the end
of the drive-on ramp (2) drops down. As a result, the
roll-off guard (1) is raised.

The underfloor version of the VLS 5140 has drive-on
flaps instead of drive-on ramps. Please contact your
authorized Bosch dealer for further details on
the underfloor version.

4 Leads connecting to lifting platform
The operating unit contains the control electronics (1)
and a hydraulic unit (3). The user operates the lifting
platform using the controls on the front panel (2).
