8 Troubleshooting

Cause:
Control Unit not turned on
Wrong operating voltage
Mains not connected
Defective Fuse
Floor Pedal not connected
Control Unit not turned on
Improper use
Trip plate not pressed down
Vacuum leaks
Connection cap is not on
spigot
(if AIR-Pedal is not
connected)
Improperly mounted hoses
Jar is full and Overflow
Protection is closed
Improper use
Vacuum regulator not
completely open
Vacuum leaks
Solution:
Turn Main Switch „ON/OFF"
ON
Check mains voltage output
Connect mains to Control
Unit
Check fuse and replace if
indicated
Plug Floor Pedal Cable into
rear of Control Unit
Turn Main Switch „ON/OFF"
ON
Refer to Operating Manual
Press plate down
Check all seals and hoses.
Make sure Lid rests
securely on Jar.
Put cap on pedal connection 4.5 Optional: Pedal connection
Inspect hose connections
Replace Jar
Refer to Operating Manual
Turn "VACUUM" regulator
clockwise until the desired
suction power is reached
Check all seals and hoses.
Make sure Lid rests
securely on Jar.
