Chapter 6. Machine adjustment and setting up GB
The following is the list of the variables that can be set in the AUTOMATIC program:
Adjusts the quantity of film to leave in front of the pack.
Values: 0 ÷ 300. Default: 25.
Adjusts the quantity of film to leave behind the pack.
Values: 0 ÷ 900. Default: 50.
Adjusts the sealing time.
Values: 0.0 ÷ 3.0. Default: 1.2.
Adjusts the side bar (long) sealing temperature.
Values: 0 ÷ 230. Default: 185.
Adjusts the front bar (short) sealing temperature.
Values: 0 ÷ 230. Default: 185.
Adjusts the conveyor belts speed from 6m/min. to 30m/min.
Values: 0 ÷ 100. Default: 100.
This function enables the operator to select the pack reader photocell.
Values: O (horizontal), V (vertical), O+V (horizontal + vertical). Default: O.
Allows delaying film advancement after photocell reading.
Values: 0 ÷ 250. Default: 0.
Allows to move the "product end" reading the set space.This measure must be compensated
with the REAR FILM function (if set).
Values: 0 ÷ 100. Default: 0.
Allows to adjust film loosening after the sealing bar (recommended with packs higher than
100mm). Possibility of disabling the function (lower than 1 is OFF).
Values: 1 ÷ 250. Default: OFF.
Allows to ease film tension on the triangles, delaying the stop of the unwinder (recommended
with products up to 100mm high).
Values: 0.00 ÷ 1.00. Default: 0.02.
