INDOOR UNIT DISPLAY FUNCTION INDICATORS

AUTO indicator

The indicator lights up when the unit is operating
in AUTO mode.
TIMER indicator

The indicator lights up when the timer is set.
DEFROST indicator

The indicator lights up when the unit starts the
automatic defrosting process, or when the hot air
control function is activated in HEATING mode.
Infrared signal receiver

TEMPERATURE Display

This displays the following information, depending
on the situation:
• The room temperatur during normal operation of
the unit.
• The temperature while it is being set using the
remote control (after 10 seconds, the display will
one more show the room temperature).

MANUAL SET-UP OF APPLIANCE

The unit's operating mode can be set manually should
the remote control be lost or should its batteries be
low.
1.
Open the front panel and lift it to an angle at
which it will remain blocked in the open position
(fig. 3). A small click will be heard when this
position is reached.

Adjust the manual control button to select (fig. 4)
automatic operating mode (AUTO), cooling mode
(COOL) or to turn the unit OFF.
Selection take place in sequence: press once to
force the conditioner to operate in AUTO mode;
press twice to force the conditioner to operate in
COOL mode (this option is normally used when
testing the product).
Press three times to turn the unit off.
The remote control can naturally be used to turn it
on again.

Once set-up has been completed, close the front
panel again and fasten it in its original position.

• Any error codes or system protection codes, in
the event of a malfunction.
FREQUENCY indicators

The series of indicators lights up when the
compressor is on, indicating the operating
frequency.
