Troubleshooting

Error
The battery does not charge.
The voltage of the Battery II
has dropped to below 1.5 V
The maximum charging
current is not reached.
The master switch does
not react.
If these measures do not solve the problem, please
contact the Truma Service Centre.

Rectification
Check all connections from
the device to the battery, en-
sure that they are connected
to the right terminals. Check
all fuses and the mains sup-
ply connection.
Connect the caravan to
the traction vehicle via the
13-pin coupling plug.
Start the motor and let it
run for approx. 30 seconds.
Battery voltage rises above
1.5 V. The charging process
starts automatically.
The device is too warm, en-
sure better ventilation of the
device.
Disconnect the device from
the mains supply! Pull out
the mains plug and discon-
nect the battery. Reconnect
the battery and reconnect
the device to the mains sup-
ply. Press the master switch
again.
