INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before each use, the nebuliser and accessories should be cleaned according to the instructions in the section "Cleaning,

any risks of infection.
1. Plug the power cord into a power socket corresponding to the voltage of the unit.
• Before using the unit for the first time, and periodically throughout its life, check the power supply cord for any
damage; if you detect any damage, do not plug it in. Take the appliance immediately to an authorised service centre
or your dealer.
• Never use adapters for power supplies different from the one indicated on the bottom of the unit (plate details). Keep
the cord away from heated surfaces.
2. Carefully wash your hands before preparing the inhalation therapy.
Do not handle the plug with wet hands and do not use the appliance while bathing or showering.
3. Open the nebuliser by turning the upper part (9c.) counterclockwise.

the mouthpiece over your mouth or use the nasal prong or mask.
Interactions: the materials used that come into contact with drugs have been tested with a wide range of drugs.
However, due to the variety and continuous evolution of medication, the possibility of a chemical interaction cannot
be excluded. Once opened, the medication should be used as soon as possible, and prolonged contact between drug
and nebuliser should be avoided.
6. Start the unit by turning the switch on (.6.). Cover the hole of the nebulisation manual control (.8.) with your finger and
breathe smoothly and deeply; after inspiration we recommend to hold your breath for a moment in order to allow inhaled
aerosol droplets to deposit ; whilst holding your breath remove the finger from the hole of the nebulisation manual
control (.8.) to optimise drug intake. Breathe out slowly.
To obtain continuous nebulisation, do not fit the nebulisation manual control (.8.), especially in the case of children
or invalids.
• Children and disabled persons should always use the unit under strict supervision of an adult who has read this
manual.
• The unit should not be used in the presence of anaesthetic mixture inflammable with air, oxygen or nitrous oxide.
• Do not obstruct the air slots placed on both sides of the unit. During use, always place the unit on a firm surface clear
of obstacles. The air slots should be kept free of obstruction by gauze, hairs or similar objects. Do not place any
objects inside the air slots.
7. When the treatment is finished, turn off and unplug the unit.
• Always unplug the power cord immediately after use.
8. It may happen that during the use of the nebuliser visible humidity deposits form in the connection tube (.7.): disconnect
the tube from the nebuliser and let it dry using the compressor air flow in order to reduce any risks of infection between
users.
