1. Make a note of the modem password on the label of bridge Art. 1398 for the relevant residential unit.
2. On the monitor set the recorded modem password as described in point 20.

Warning!
It is possible to install additional secondary monitors distributed in the apartments according to the two rules below:
1. Install maximum 14 brackets per apartment.
2. Carry out the following calculations on the distribution layout of the brackets:
} calculate the total number of brackets to install in the system (main and secondary brackets) = A.
} identify the apartment with the lowest number of brackets = B
} calculate the difference between the total number of brackets in the system and the number in the apartment with the fewest brackets (A - B)
and make sure that the number obtained is:
Less than or equal to 15 for systems with 1 external unit.
Less than or equal to 14 for systems with 2 external units.
The following example shows a two-residence KIT with 2 external units and 14 monitors for 2 apartments:
