Fault code Cause
E 2 H Flame not recognised:
E 16 H
– Gas cylinder empty
– Gas cylinder or quick-acting valve in the gas
supply line closed
– Gas pressure regulation system iced up
– Butane content in the gas cylinder too high
– Combustion air infeed or exhaust outlet is
sealed
W 25 H – Overvoltage > 16.4 V
W 26 H – Low voltage, battery voltage too low < 10 V
W 27 H – Warm air outlets blocked
– Circulated air intake blocked
– End outlets EN closed
W 28 H – Window above cowl open (window switch)
W 29 H – Risk of low voltage, battery voltage too low
< 10.4 V
W 255 H – Heater has no 12 V power supply
– No connection between heater and control
panel
Remedy
– Replace gas cylinder
– Check gas supply and open valves
– Use EisEx regulator heater
– Use propane (butane is unsuitable for heating, particularly
at temperatures below 10 °C)
– Inspect openings for obstructions (slush, ice, leaves, etc.)
and remove any obstructions
– Check the battery voltage and voltage sources such as the
charger
– Charge battery and replace old battery if necessary
– Remove blockage
– Remove blockage
– Open end outlets EN
– Close windows
– Charge battery
– Ensure 12 V power supply
– Connect heater and control panel
