b) Checking the rotor blade retainer

To allow the 4 rotor blades (1) to orientate themselves at
a 180° angle to each other during flight, the 4 blade retainer
screws (2) must not be tightened too firmly.
If you pitch the model helicopter to the side by 90°, the
rotor blades must be allowed to fold downward slightly, as
illustrated.
Caution!
Do not loosen the fixing screw too much as otherwise the movement of the rotor blades will get out of
balance and the blade tips might run in different heights.

c) Installation of tail unit and fuselage side covering

The parts of the tail unit (1) as well as the fuselage side
covering (2) and any other parts (3) are plugged onto the
designated places on the fuselage.
The different colours of the parts make it easy to determine
the correct side of installation (right or left). See illustration
6.
Practical tip:
To make sure the attached parts do not come off during
flight, a proven method is to secure them with a little glue.
