g) Modifying the control stick assignment of the transmitter

If you want to fly with the pre-set stick assignments described above, you may skip this chapter. If desired, you can
swap the control of the pitch and nick function on the transmitter. However, this requires some experience in handling
remote control transmitters and a bit of skill.
Unscrew the four screws at the rear panel of the transmitter
using a Phillips screwdriver and carefully lift the rear panel.
After removing the power supply cable from the connector
on the mainboard (see ill. 12, pos. 1), you can take off the
rear panel.
Looking from the rear, remove the two locking screws from
the snap bar (2) on the right control stick module and lift
off the bar.
Now remove the safety screw (4) of the readjusting lever
(5). After removing the screw, the lever folds downwards
due to the force of the installed spring and keeps the control
stick in centre position.
Attach the locking screw (4) removed from the right control
stick module to the left module (looking from the rear).
The readjusting lever (5) has to be lifted slightly.
Then screw the snap bar (3) onto the left module as well.
To allow the control stick to be moved easily, do not tighten
the screws (2) too much.
Then test the mechanical function of both control sticks.
In order to adjust the control signals to the new stick

assignment electronically, the mode switch (6) has to be
switched to left position.
Finally reattach the power supply cable to the mainboard and reattach the rear panel. Make sure the aerial base is
properly positioned in the housing. There must be no opening between the two parts of the housing.
Reattach the locking screws on the back panel and test the function of the device.
