6. Mechanical Installation

C) Installation into the Radio Recess

• Remove the front control panel.
• Carefully remove the plastic frame in the front of the system, by bending it slightly to the outside and pulling it
off from the unit.
• Remove the two security screws of the CD drive (fi g. 1, no. 1).
• Unlock the installation frame with the two unlocking keys (fi g. 1, no. 2).
• Remove the installation frame towards the back of the system (fi g. 1, no. 3).
• Insert the frame into the respective cut-out in the vehicle (fi g. 2).
• Bend down some clips in the installation frame until the frame is securely fastened in the recess.
• When you have made all the electrical contacts (see "Electric Connection") insert the CD tuner into the frame
until it locks in (fi g. 4).
• Replace the frame cover of the front control panel.
Keep the two unlocking keys. You will need them for a later removal of the CD tuner.

Une pression sur cette touche permet d'affi cher différentes informations sur l'écran à cristaux liquides (19). Si
appuyée de nouveau, la touche permet de passer d'un affi chage à l'autre.
Si la touche n'est plus actionnée, la visualisation revient à la première position.
Lors de la réception d'une station RDS
Mode radio :
Nom de station (PS) > Fréquence d'émission (FREQ) > Heure (CT) > Type de programme (PTY)
Mode lecteur CD/MP3 :
Affi chage TRACK (CPD) > Nom de station (PS) > Fréquence d'émission (FREQ) > Heure (CT) > Type de programme

Lors de la réception d'une station sans RDS
Mode radio :
Fréquence d'émission (FREQ) > Heure (CT) > NO PTY
Mode lecteur CD/MP3 :

Cette touche permet de sélectionner les diverses sources audio. A chaque pression de la touche, l'appareil passe
à la prochaine source :
AUX > TUNER > S-CDP
• Touche BD (1)
Cette touche permet de sélectionner la bande passante du composant radio. Vous pouvez choisir entre 5 bandes
passantes :
FM1 > FM2 > FM3 > MW1 > MW2

POP M, ROCK M NEWS, AFFAIRS, INFO
LIGHT M, EASY M SPORT, EDUCATE, DRAMA

Si une des sources n'est pas activée, c'est-à-dire qu'aucun médium n'a été inséré, celle-ci ne sera pas
considérée lors de la sélection.
Sur chacune des 5 bandes passantes peuvent être mémorisées 6 stations sur les touches de recherche
des stations 1-6 (4).
