1. Intended Use

With the Renkforce CD-3994 CD Tuner you can receive radio programmes in vehicles, play audio CDs and audio
data from suitable media and amplify the audio signals.
The CD Tuner must be connected to loudspeakers.
This product is only approved for the connection to 12 V direct current on-board networks with the negative pole of
the battery to the car body. The product may only be installed and operated in vehicles with this kind of on-board
voltage.
The user must make sure that the way the product is installed protects the product from humidity and wetness.
Any use other than the one described above damages the product. Moreover, this involves dangers such as short-
circuit, fi re, electric shock, etc.
No part of the product may be modifi ed or rebuilt and the housing must not be opened!
Always observe the safety instructions!
