3. Instalation
The ball valves must be operated only by trained specialist personnel!
In position 3 (closed) the marking or arrow on the spindle must point in the direction of the safety assembly in order to ensure the safety
function of the safety valve.
Operating condition with active non-return valves (see illustration):

Ball valve: Solar return (cold, pump line) arrow pointing upwards (position 1)
�
Ball valve: Solar feed (hot) downwards

3.3 Thermometer replacement

The thermometer can be simply pulled out and changed by
reinserting. Ensure that the thermometer removed is replaced
by a thermometer of the same type. Pay attention to the color
code. (Red ring = Feed ; Blue ring = Return)
3.4 Safety valve and safety assembly Soupape de sécurité resp.
The station is equipped with a safety valve. The operating
pressure can be checked at the manometer.
Safety valves: ¾" x 1"
Primary actuation pressure: 6 bar
The safety assembly supplied must be mounted at the intended
position of the solar station (see illustration).
