The Gastroback Home Sommelier will deepen the complex magnitude of aromas and
taste of your wine by aeration with oxygen that will bring a more fastidious tasting
experience and smoothing the mouth-feel by reducing tannins and carbon dioxide.
What's more, it will also make the wine healthier.
Traditional decanting is a complex and long-lasting procedure. Due to the elonga-
ted contact with the ambient air, the wine will be exposed to room temperature and,
additionally, small particles and foreign vapours and odours within the environmental
air will be absorbed. Your new Gastroback Home Sommelier will solve these limita-
tions and quicken the decanting process, thus making decanting more relaxed, more
convenient, and more reliable by pressing cleaned, concentrated oxygen though the
wine. Consequently, a clean, protective atmosphere will cover the surface of your
