Always use a shielded probe cable. A double shielded cable must be used for the
cable connection to the electrode for a distance of more than 2 m.
It is recommended to implement an impedance converter (Material-No. 418853005)
for distances of more than 5 to 10 m between measuring chain and measuring
device. A single shielded cable can be used again in this case.
The maximum length of the cable should not exceed 50 m.
Electrode cables must not be placed into one cable duct together with mains leads.
pH-electrodes are subject to ageing and must be inspected at regular intervals.
The 3-wire connection system should be used if a Pt 100 is connected for
temperature compensation.
