L0 No connection to EXAConnecT
The EXAConnecT access point does not send any
cyclic Keep Alive packets any longer or the connec-
tion of the PC to the access point (TCP) was severed
unexpectedly (reset).
Note: This message appears only in the monitor
program.
Check the Ethernet cable (twisted pair cable) from
the PC to the EXAConnecT access point.
Critical error
When there occur critical errors that are identified by
the following cited status codes (F: system error; E,
backup system error; P, Bluetooth
error), the operation of the EXAConnecT access point
is possible only with restriction or is not possible at all.
Here, if need be, a service technician has to be called.
F0 EXAConnecT is out of memory
The memory of the EXAConnecT access point is
100 % full on account of the actual amount of data
collected. Owing to reserve memory, the access
point is still ready for operation, but cannot accept
any additional specified or actual data. All screwdriv-
ers are locked.
Secure the data immediately via the monitor program.
Afterwards, you can resume normal operation.
F1 EXAConnecT setup write error
The settings in the EXAConnecT Setup could not be
saved on account of an internal memory error.
Try once again to save the data in the EXAConnecT
Setup. Contact the manufacturer if this attempt is
without success.
F2 Screwdriver setup write error
The settings in the Screwdriver Setup could not be
saved on account of an internal memory error.
Try once again to save the data in the Screwdriver
Setup. Contact the manufacturer if this attempt is
without success.
F3 EXAConnecT setup read error
The settings in the EXAConnecT Setup were not
readable on account of an incorrect file format or an
incorrect file version.
Note: The EXAConnecT access point is ready for op-
eration with the default settings (default values).
Make the setup settings once again and save these.
Contact the manufacturer if the error continues to
occur.
F4 Screwdriver setup read error
The settings in the Screwdriver Setup were not read-
able on account of an incorrect file format or an incor-
rect file version.
Note: The EXAConnecT access point is ready for op-
eration with the default settings (default values). If
screwdrivers have already been logged on, however,
they must log on once again.

Log on the screwdrivers once again, make the setup
settings, and save these. Contact the manufacturer
if the error continues to occur.

The capacity of the backup battery is too low. There
is a threat of data loss if the primary voltage supply
fails and unsecured data is still present in the memory
of the EXAConnecT access point.
Replace the backup battery.
Note: Replace the backup battery during operation,
because, otherwise, there is a threat of data loss.

tery operation (backup power) because of a prior loss
of primary voltage supply. Because the capacity of
the backup battery is too low, however, data were no

that was not yet secured was present in the memory
of the EXAConnecT access point.
Note: As soon as actual data is generated once
again, this message will be deleted automatically.

The operating software of the EXAConnecT access
point (the file PROJECT.HEN on the flash disk) is not
present.
