Fix the maintenance cover plate 2 back in place on
the tool housing of the EXAConnecT by tightening
the two small bottom Phillips screws 3.
LED Indicator on the EXAConnecT
Located below the display 1 for showing the status
codes are three LED indicators, which signalize the
system state.

The blue LED indicator 6 shows, when it lights stead-
ily, that there exists at least one Bluetooth
tion.
The yellow LED indicator 5 shows, when it blinks ir-
regularly, that there exists an Ethernet connection.
The green LED indicator 4 signalizes, when it lights
steadily, that the EXAConnecT access point is ready
for operation.
Status Codes
All status codes are shown both in the display 1 of
the access point and in the monitor program.
In the monitor program, these status codes appear in
the data fields of the Overview and EXAConnecT
Register Cards in place of the display "System ready".
If several status codes apply, the display thereof
changes cyclically in intervals of two seconds.
The status codes are divided into the following
groups:
– Warnings
– Not critical error
– Critical error
Warnings
The status codes (A, BT connection timeout; H, main
memory full) of this group simply warn that an error
can occur if no countermeasures are taken.
The EXAConnecT access point may continue to be
operated without any restrictions, however.
A<N> Timeout Screwdriver<N>
The maximum reconnect timeout (Bluetooth
currently unavailable screwdriver having the internal
index N expires in less than five minutes (see also Not
critical error > C<N>).

Bring the respective screwdriver once again into the
transmitting range of the EXAConnecT.
Alternatively, you can reset the maximum reconnect
timeout
EXAConnecT Setup > Bluetooth reconnect timeout).
In this case, the Java applet needs to be restarted.
H0
The memory in the EXAConnecT access point is
50 % full on account of the actual amount of data col-
lected.
Secure the data soon via the monitor program.

The memory of the EXAConnecT access point is
75 % full on account of the actual amount of data col-
lected.
Secure the data at the next possible point in time via
the monitor program.

The memory in the EXAConnecT access point is

Not critical error
The errors in this class with the following cited status
codes (C, BT screwdriver that is logged on is not
available; L, system connection unstable) can mostly
be remedied by the EXAConnecT access point itself.
If this is not possible, however, they are converted
into critical errors.
These messages, too, have a primarily informational
character.
The operation of the EXAConnecT access point is,
however, possible only with restriction.
C<N> Screwdriver <N> not available
The screwdriver having the internal index N is out of
wireless range or is not ready for operation (e.g., re-
chargeable battery replacement). As long as the sta-
tus code is visible, the EXAConnecT access point tries
in a cyclical manner to reconnect the screwdriver.
Bring the respective screwdriver once again into the
transmitting range of the EXAConnecT or insert a
loaded rechargeable battery into the screwdriver.
The primary voltage supply has failed or the reset
button was pressed. The EXAConnecT access point
is in the process of securing all data and is working
only for this purpose. All screwdrivers are locked. All
other interfaces are shut off. After the data has been
secured, the access point shuts off completely or
