Safety device
If the machine is left during operation,
the engine switches off via the seat
contact switch.
If the "parking brake" operating mode
is set and the main brush is raised,
the machine can be left during
operation.
Tip hazard if slope too steep!
♦ The machine could topple over
when driving and turning on slopes.
♦ In direction of travel only negotiate
gradients up to 20 %.
♦ At right angles to direction of
travel only negotiate gradients
up to 20 %.

The packaging materials are
recyclable. Please do not throw the
packaging in with household rubbish
but take it to a recycling centre.
Scrapped units consist of valuable
recyclable materials that should be
taken to a recycling centre. Batteries,
oil and similar products must not be
allowed to contaminate the
environment. Therefore, please
dispose of scrapped units via
appropriate disposal systems.
UTILISATION FOR THE INTENDED
PURPOSE ONLY
• This sweeper is predominantly
intended for sweeping outside
surfaces.
• It complies to application catetegory
"M" for non-health hazardous
dusts.
• It is not intended for use on public
traffic routes.
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION OF
SWEEPER
The KMR 1000 T work using the
throw-over principle.
• The side brush (1) cleans corners
and edges of the sweeping surface
and transports the dirt in the path of
the main brush.
• The rotating main brush (2)
transports the dirt directly into the
debris container (3).
• The dust swirled up in the container
is separated by way of the dust
filter (4) and the filtered, clean air
removed by the suction turbine (5).

BEFORE OPERATION FOR THE
The machine was secured on a pallet
with stretch belts or ropes for safe
transport.
Proceed as follows when unloading:
• Cut the plastic packing tape and
remove the film.
• Knock off the blocks for securing
the wheels and drive the machine
from the pallet using a suitable
ramp or raise the machine by hand
from the pallet over the blocks.

! Mount the steering wheel
! Mount the driver's seat
! Mount the side broom
! Commission the battery
! Install battery
! Install the trailer hitch
! Refill fuel
! Check the tyre air pressure
EACH TIME BEFORE OPERATION
! Stand sweeper on a flat surface.
! Shut-off the engine.
FIRST TIME
! Adjust "parking brake" operating
mode.
