Kopfstütze anbringen
Die Kopfstütze wird in den Rohren der Rückenlehne mon-
tiert. Zum Lieferumfang gehört ein Kopfstützenbügel mit Pol-
ster und zwei Stopfen (1), die in die Rohre der Rückenlehne
gesteckt werden.
Sie brauchen folgendes Werkzeug: ein Cutter-Messer, ein
Feuerzeug und eventuell einen Gummihammer.
1. Schneiden Sie in die Sitzbespannung, z.B. mit einem Cut-
ter-Messer, vorsichtig ein Loch der Größe des Stopfens
(1) für die Kopfstützen aus. Stechen Sie von oben in das
Material und schneiden Sie innen im Rohr entlang.
2. Schmelzen Sie vorsichtig die Schnittkanten mit einem
Feuerzeug an.
3. Setzen Sie die Stopfen (1) in die Rohre der Sitzlehne und
drücken Sie sie hinein. Benutzen Sie eventuell einen Gum-
mihammer. Bei Aluminium-Rohren setzen Sie vorher den
Adapter (8) ein.
4. Schrauben Sie die beiden Winkelschienen (7) an die Stop-
fen (1).
5. Stecken Sie auf den Klemmbolzen (2) einen Klemmring
(3) und stecken Sie ihn in das Langloch der Winkelschiene
(7). Setzen Sie eine Unterlegscheibe (4) auf und schrauben
Sie ihn mit einer Hutmutter (5) zunächst nur handfest an.
6. Stecken Sie die Stangen der Kopfstütze (6) in die Boh-
rungen der Klemmbolzen (2) und ziehen Sie die Hutmut-
ter (5) handfest an.
7. Durch Herausziehen oder Hineinschieben der Kopfstütze
im Klemmbolzen können Sie die Höhe der Kopfstütze
einstellen.
8. Durch Verdrehung der Winkelschiene und Verschiebung
des Klemmbolzens im Langloch der Winkelschiene kön-
nen Sie den Abstand der Kopfstütze einstellen.
9. Ziehen Sie anschließend alle Schrauben fest an.

The headrest is mounted in the tubes of the seat back. The
assembly includes a headrest frame with a pad and two inserts
(1) that fit into the ends of the seat-back tubes.
To attach the headrest, you will need the following tools: a
utility knife, a lighter, and possibly a rubber mallet.
1. Insert the utility knife through the seat-cover material
covering the holes and carefully cut around the inner edge
of the tubes, making openings large enough to accommo-
date the inserts (1).
2. Carefully melt and seal the cut edges of material using the
lighter.
3. Push the inserts (1) into the ends of the seat-back tubes,
making sure they are fully inserted. Use the rubber mallet
if necessary. If you have aluminum tubes, insert at first the
adapter (8).
4. Screw the two mounting brackets (7) onto the inserts (1).
5. Place the clamping rings (3) over the clamping bolts (2)
and insert the bolts through the slots of the mounting
brackets (7). Place washers (4) over the bolts and screw
on the cap nuts (5) without tightening.
6. Insert the tubes of the headrest frame (6) through the
holes in the clamping bolts (2) and screw the cap nuts (5)
without tightening.
7. The height of the headrest can be adjusted by sliding the
frame in the clamping bolts.
8. The distance between the seat and the headrest can be
adjusted by folding the mounting brackets inward or
outward while sliding the clamping bolts along the slots.
9. When the headrest is in the desired position, tighten all
bolts.
