Preparing the device

Proceed as follows when unpacking the sprayer for the
first time or after long term storage:
1. Connect the enclosed Airless hose to the device and
tighten it using a wrench.
2. Connect the other end of the hose to the Airless spray
gun.
3. Firmly tighten using wrenches. If hose is already con-
nected, make sure connections are tight.
4. Engage the trigger safety lock.
5. Remove the tip guard. Do not lose the seal.
6. Turn the pressure regulator all the way to the left
(anti-clockwise) to minimum pressure.
7. Remove the packaging material from the intake filter
when unpacking the sprayer for the first time. Check the
intake filter for clogging and deposits after prolonged peri-
ods of storage.
Strain the Paint
Any open and use paint and containers may contain dry
paint or other deposits. We recommend to strain the paint
before processing with the sprayer to prevent intake pro-
blems and clogged tips (paint filter 25 60 00 or 28 61
60). Position a paint strainer over a clean pail and pour
the paint through the strainer to capture any dried paint
and debris before spraying.
