Chapter 3.5.1. The current down slope time is the time in which the welding
current drops linearly to the end crater current. The current downslope time
starts, with 2-step welding, immediately after the torch button 1 is released.
When 4-step welding, the downslope time starts during welding when torch
button 1 is pressed. The slow sinking of the welding current prevents the creation
of end craters.
