The welding parameters
The press and rotate button [27] is used to select the assigned welding
parameters [3-13] in the represented welding curve as well as to select the
frequency [29] and balance [28] for TIG welding with alternating current. In
conjunction with the LEDs and the 4-digit digital display [26], the setting options
are always selected and set according to the same principle (see Chapter 3.5.1).
3.5.1
Principle setting of the welding parameters
Rotate the press and rotate button [27] to the required setting (e.g. I2). The
currently selected option is displayed by the lighting of the associated LED
and the value that goes with it appears in the digital display [26].
Press the press and rotate button [27] to select the setting, the associated
LED starts to flash.
Rotate the press and rotate button [27] to set the required value.
Press the press and rotate button [27] to select another option, or to exit the
welding parameters.
The welding parameters are described below in the sequence shown in Figure 2.
