Troubleshooting

If the device is not working properly, please check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. Otherwise contact the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair the device yourself!
Problem
The device is not functioning.
The dirty water is not properly
suctioned up.
Water is escaping from the
device.
The cleaning agent does not
emerge when the button is
pressed.
The stain cannot be removed.

Disposal

The packaging can be recycled. Please dispose of it in an environmentally friendly
manner and take it to a recycling centre.

• Has the dirty or fresh water reservoir been inserted
correctly into the device?
• Has the fresh water reservoir been inserted correctly
into the device?
• The stain is too stubborn or too old. Treat it directly
with a carpet cleaner.
