WIG electrode has no tip.
No suitable WIG electrode

Arc has a strange colour during WIG welding
Cause:
No/too little/wrong shielding gas
WIG electrode is dirty.
WIG electrode burns off
Cause:
No shielding gas
Current load too high
Connectors for torch and grounding cable swapped. Connect the correct way round.

Use thinner electrode.
