8.1

Safety instructions

Warning!
Repair and maintenance work may only be carried out by personnel who
have been trained by REHM.
replace components, only use original REHM components.
If maintenance or repair work is carried out on this unit by personnel who
have not been trained by REHM and thus are not authorised to carry out
the work, this will void your guarantee and warranty claims over REHM.
Before you start to clean the welding unit, switch it off and disconnect it
from the grid!

disconnect it from the grid. Secure it against accidental reactivation.
Shut off and depressurize supply lines.
Observe the warning instructions listed in Chapter 2, "Safety" must be
taken into account
The welding unit and its components are to be maintained in accordance with the
specifications made in the operating and maintenance instructions.
Insufficient or incorrect maintenance or repairs can lead to disruptions in
operation. Regular maintenance of the unit is thus essential. No structural
changes or additions may be made to the unit.

Maintenance table

Maintenance intervals The maintenance intervals may serve as a guidance by
the Company REHM and relate to normal, standard operation (e. g. 1-shift
operation in clean and dry environment). The exact intervals will be specified by
your safety officer.
