REHM enclosure design
Increased ergonomics thanks to the constant further development of the
REHM design. The protected and careful construction achieves IP23
protection. This enables welding outside.
Bi-Power inverter
The proven 200kHz
INVERTIG.PRO series and combines high power density with low weight and
maximum power efficiency. The intelligent power management, in conjunction
with the use of innovative components, means that almost all of the employed
power is converted into the arc.
Maximum comfort in operation
The new BOOSTER.PRO made by REHM uses the proven RMI user
interface as well. Thanks to the intuitive design, any user is able to work with
the equipment immediately. You only need to switch on. The optimum welding
parameters are already available since REHM application engineers tested
and saved the welding characteristics required for the equipment . Select the
type of electrode, adjust the welding current, that's all. Large push buttons
and the proven R-Drive ensure safe operation even while working with
personal protection equipment.
Closed cooling duct
The BOOSTER.PRO 250 and 320 cooling system design ensures that cooling
air only flows through the closed cooling duct of the heavy duty cooling heat
sink.
ELSA.PRO – electronic stabilized arc
The highly dynamic, digital welding process regulator with its unique precision
and exact reproducibility ensures, excellent welding properties even with large
weld zones.
HotStart
Preset factory programs for each type of electrode allow a safe and fast
welding. If needed, you may modify the HotStart as you like and save your
adjustment for each type of electrode separately as default setting. You may
reset it back to the factory settings at any time. The large setting range
ensures a safe and trouble-free ignition.
ArcForce
Preset factory programs for each type of electrode allow a safe and fast
welding. If needed, you may modify the ArcForce as you like and save your
adjustment for each type of electrode separately as default setting. You may
reset it back to the factory settings at any time. The generously designed
ArcForce control ensures an optimum droplet transfer and reduces splashes.
