CAUTION: If you use the Up/Down WIG torches with BOOSTER.PRO, the
Up/Down feature is not supported. When using WIG torches with remote
control of any type not specifically recommended by REHM, the guarantee
claim is voided.

RAMBO-KIT

The bump protection RAMBO.KIT (REHM order number 7532362) provides a
higher safety of the welding equipment. It has the optimum size for the
equipment and protects the electrode inverter series BOOSTER.PRO against
bumps on site or in the workshop, similar to a car's roll-over bar. The equipment
is fitted inside the RAMBO.KIT with a few movements - simple and easy.
Rounded edges and ergonomic design ensure easy control and operation of the
equipment.

Putting into operation

5.1

Safety instructions

Read the operating instructions, in particular the  Chapter 2, Safety
instructions, before you put them into operation and start working with this
welding current supply.
Warning!
REHM welding units may only be operated and maintained by persons who
have been educated and trained to operate and maintain welding units.
When welding, always wear protective clothing and ensure that other
people in the vicinity of the machine are not endangered by the UV
radiation of the arc.
5.2 Working under increased risk of electrical
accidents (IEC 974, EN 60974-1, TRBS 2131, and
BGR 500 chapter 2.26)
The REHM equipment fulfils the regulations for working under increased risk of
electrical accidents. acc. to IEC 974, EN 60974-1, TRBS 2131, and BGR 500 & chapter
2.26 (S).
You should ensure that when working under increased risk of electrical
accidents, the power supply is not set up in this area. Observe the regulations
EN 60974-1, TRBS 2131 and BGR 500 chapter 2.26.
5.3

Setting up the welding inverter

Set the REHM welding unit in such a way that the welder has sufficient space in
front of the unit to control the setting elements and to operate it.
Secure the unit in such a way that it cannot roll away or fall.
