Preparing to repair the tyre
Refer to the warnings and hazard
information on the compressor A and on
the sealant container (viewing window on
the underside) before using the Mobility
Set.
The Mobility Set must be used as soon
as the puncture becomes apparent. The
tyre status can be so seriously affected
by driving for a long period with no air
pressure inside it that the compressor
may not be able to build up the pressure
inside the tyre.
The Mobility Set may be unable to rectify
tyre damage larger than approx. 4 mm
in size. Please contact your nearest
MINI Service centre if the tyre cannot be
repaired with the Mobility Set.
Leave any foreign bodies in the tyre
where they are. Remove foreign bodies if
they are visibly projecting out of the tyre.
Affix the sticker showing the speed limit
to the steering wheel.
The use of sealant may damage the
TPC wheel electronics. In this case,
have the electronics replaced as soon as
possible.

Unscrew the dust cap (1) from the valve (2) on
the defective tyre.
Please note that the sealant container in
the Mobility Set must be replaced every
four years if it has not been used. The
sealant use-by date can be found on the
underside of the sealant container in the
viewing window on the right-hand side of
the Mobility Set's housing.
