Dépannage
Cause possible
L'écrou de fixation n'est pas bien serré Bien serrer l'écrou de fixation
a) Défaillance du fusible

l'interrupteur ne sont pas correctes
d) Le moteur ou l'interrupteur est
défectueux
a) La section des conducteurs de la
rallonge n'est pas suffisante

c) Le disque diamanté ne coupe plus
Le moteur s'arrête sous l'effet d'une
surcharge, par exemple du fait d'une
trop forte pression exercée pendant
la coupe.
La pompe s'arrête sous l'effet d'une
surcharge , par exemple parce qu'elle
est engorgée.
a) Le disque est trop fortement solli-
cité
b) Les segments du disque ne cou-
pent plus.
c) Le disque s'échauffe par manque
d'eau de refroidissement.

The motor switches off due to over-
loading, e.g. from excessive cutting
depth.
The pump switches off due to
overloading, e.g. due to heavy
contamination.
a) The cutting wheel is too heavily
stressed
b) Diamond segments are too dull
c) The cutting wheel has overheated
due to insufficient cooling water.
Dépannage
a) Contrôler le fusible
b) Remplacer la rallonge
c) Faites-les vérifier par un électricien

a) Voir raccordement électrique, le fusible est
déclenché

c) Remplacer le disque diamanté
Attendre que le moteurrefroidisse (5 à 10
minutes) et redémarrer.
Arrêter la machine immédiatement. Nettoyer
la pompe et redémarrer la machine après 5
à 10 minutes. Attention! ne pas couper à sec
a) Utiliser le bon disque . Réduire la pression
lors de la coupe
b) Affûter le disque ou le remplacer
c) Optimiser le flux de refroidissement.

a) Check mains circuit-breaker
b) Replace extension cable
c) Have it checked by an electrician

a) See electrical connection, the fuse
has blown

c) Replace the diamond cutting wheel
with a new one
Wait until the motor has cooled down
(5-10 minutes), then switch it on again.
Immediately shut down the machine.
Clean the pump and restart the
machine after approx. 5-10 minutes.
Attention! Never perform dry cuts!
a) Use a suitable cutting wheel, redu-
ce cutting pressure
b) Sharpen the cutting wheel
c) Optimise the cooling water supply
