Attention! Le disque diamanté (14) doit être abaissé
environ 3 mm au –dessous du bord supérieur du chari-
ot (6). Le disque diamanté ne doit pas entrer en contact
avec le chariot.
Coupe avec la tête inclinée / coupe d'onglet (Fig. 18-
20)
Déverrouillez la tête inclinable à l'aide de la vis du levier
(d) et inclinez la tête de coupe '4) à 45° jusqu'à l'amener
en butée. Resserrez le levier.
Attention! Vérifiez le réglage de la butée avant de com-
mencer la coupe. Le disque diamanté ne doit pas entrer
en contact avec le chariot.
Effectuez la découpe comme décrit.
Remplacement du disque diamanté (Fig. 21,22)
Attention ! Débranchez la prise du secteur
Attention!
• Risque de coupure au contact du disque diamanté!
• Portez des gants pour remplacer le disque diamanté.
• Vérifiez le sens de rotation du disque diamanté, véri-
fiez qu'il tourne rond et qu'il n'est pas endommagé !
1 Débranchez la prise du secteur.
2 Desserrez la poignée (e) sur la tête de coupe (4) et
relevez le bras de coupe complètement vers le haut.
Bloquez le bras à l'ai de la poignée (f) sur la tête de
coupe (4). (Abb. 17).
3 Desserrez les quatre vis du capot protecteur de lame
(1) et retirez le capot protecteur..
Remarque : le tuyau d'eau situé sur le capot de pro-
tection ne doit pas être enlevé. Remontez délica-
tement le capot de protection du bas vers le haut.

Maintenez l'arbre à l'aide de la broche livrée avec
la machine et desserrez l'écrou de serrage avec la
clé à fourche (fournie avec la machine) Le pas est
à gauche ! Enlevez l'écrou, la bride extérieure et le
disque diamanté (14)en faisant attention.
5 Avant de remettre le nouveau disque diamanté (14)
en place, nettoyez l'arbre et la bride intérieure avec
un chiffon ou un pinceau.
Attention, n'utilisez pas de produit de nettoyage qui serait
susceptible d'attaquer les pièces.
Attention ! Lors de la mise en place du nouveau disque
diamanté, procédez en ordre inverse. Veillez à respecter
le sens de rotation ! (placez le disque diamanté – SENS
DE LA FLECHE – vers la machine de façon à ne plus le
lire). Le sens de rotation du disque et le sens de rotation
indiqué sur le capot protecteur doivent correspondre.
6 Remettez le capot de protection du disque en place.
Vérifiez que le disque tourne rond en mettant briè-
vement la machine en route et en l'arrêtant immé-
diatement.
Attention!
• Il est interdit d'utiliser la machine sans la protection de disque.
Attention! It should be possible to lower the diamond
cutting wheel (14) approx. 3 mm below the upper edge
of the roll slide (6). The diamond cutting wheel may not
touch the roll slide.
Cutting with the cutting head – pivot device / mitre
cuts (Fig. 18-20)
Unscrew the cutting head pivot device with the lever
screw (d) and pivot the cutting head (4) 45° to the stop.
Re-tighten the lever.
Attention! Check the stop setting before you begin cut-
ting. The diamond cutting wheel may not touch the roll
slide.
Perform cutting as described.
Replacing the diamond cutting wheel (Fig. 21,22)
Attention! Pull out the mains plug
Caution!
• Danger of cuts on the diamond cutting wheel!
• Wear gloves when replacing the diamond cutting
wheel.
• Check the cutting wheel for direction of rotation, con-
centricity and possible damage!
1 Pull out the mains plug.
2 Unscrew the star knob screw (e) on the cutting head
unit (4) and push the cutting arm upwards completely.
Lock the cutting arm with the star knob (f) on the
cutting head unit (4) (Fig. 15).
3 Unscrew and remove the four screws on the blade's
protective cover (1) and remove the protective cover.
4 Note: It is not necessary to disconnect the water hose
on the protective cover. Carefully fold the protective
cover down.
Hold the cutting shaft in place with the supplied man-
drel and unscrew the clamping nut with the open-
ended spanner (included in the scope of delivery).
Left-handed thread! Carefully remove the clamping
nut, the pressure flange and the diamond cutting
wheel (14).
5 Before installing the new diamond cutting wheel (14),
clean the cutting shaft and the battery flange with
a rag or brush. Attention! Do not use any cleaning
agents which can corrode the components.
Attention! When installing the new diamond cutting
wheel, proceed in the reverse sequence. Make sure that
the direction of rotation is correct! (Insert the diamond
cutting wheel – ARROW DIRECTION – in the operating
side on the flange holder). The arrow direction on the
cutting wheel and the protective cover must match.
6 Re-mount the saw blade guard (1).
7 Check the concentricity by briefly starting up the ma-
chine and then switching it off again.
Attention!
• Operation of the stone cutting machine is not permitted
without the corrective cover!
