12 Disposal of electrical and electronic appliances

With regard to the disposal of our electrical appliances in compliance with the law, we ask
you to consider the following points:
• In accordance with the „crossed-out dustbin" shown on our
electrical appliances, these appliances must not be dispo-
sed of with the residual waste.
• According to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG), our electrical appliances
are considered „small appliances" or „large appliances" and as such must be handed over to
collection and return points for environmentally friendly disposal.

This return is free of charge for you.
• Alternatively, our electrical appliances can be returned free of charge via the stationary trade and
online trade with a warehouse/sales area of ≥ 400 sqm. The return of a large appliance is tied to
the purchase of a new comparable appliance. Free return is also possible at grocery stores that
commonly offer or provide electrical appliances or provision of electrical appliances and have a
total sales area of ≥ 800 sqm.
• There is an obligation to remove accessible batteries/rechargeable batteries and non-destructively
removable lamps prior to return.
• Under the registration number DE61731716 we are registered as a manufacturer of electrical
and/or electronic appliances with the Stiftung elektro-altgeräte register, Nordostpark 72,
90411 Nürnberg.
13 Spare and wear par ts
Please note that the EC declaration of conformity supplied by COR Sitzmöbel Helmut Lübke GmbH
& Co. KG as the manufacturer loses its validity when spare parts that have not been approved are
installed.
The spare and wear parts lists can be found in the documentation of the
respective component manufacturers.
