    1 Einleitung Die Bedienungsanleitung soll es Ihnen erleichtern, den Level System Tisch kennen zu lernen und die bestimmungsgemäßen Einsatzmöglichkeiten zu nutzen. Die Bedienungsanleitung enthalt wichtige Hinweise, um den Level System Tisch sicher und sachgerecht bedienen zu können. Ihre Beachtung hilft, Gefahren und Reparaturkosten zu vermindern und die Zuverlässigkeit und Lebensdauer zu erhöhen.

    Stecken Sie den letzten Fuß in die Traverse und montieren Sie diesen mittels der mit- gelieferten Schrauben und Muttern . Ziehen Sie die Schrauben fest an. Das Untergestell ist jetzt fertig vormontiert. 4.3 Vormontage Tischplatte Stellen Sie für die Montage der Tischplatte sicher, dass eine ausreichend große, trockene und saubere Montagefläche zur Verfügung steht.
  • Seite 9 Stecken Sie alle Maxifix-Verbinder in die dafür vorgesehenen Bohrungen, mit dem Pfeil zur Kante. Stecken Sie alle Verbindungsbolzen in die vorgesehenen Löcher. Schieben Sie nun gleichzeitig alle 3 Tischplatten gleichmäßig zu einer großen Tischplatte zusammen. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Verbindungsbolzen in die vorgesehenen Löcher kommen. Richten Sie die Fugen und Stöße vorsichtig aus, damit die Plattenübergänge in allen Richtungen bündig sind.

    4.4 Montage Kabelwanne Positionieren Sie die Kabelwanne auf den vorgesehenen Bohrungen der Tischplatte und befestigen Sie diese mit den beiliegenden Schrauben 4.5 Montage Tischplatte Drehen Sie das Untergestell vorsichtig um und stellen Sie es an die gewünschte Position. Anschließend die vormontierte Tischplatte umdrehen und auf das Untergestell legen. Richten Sie die Befestigungslöcher an den Gewindemuffen aus und befestigen Sie die Tischplatte mit den Schrauben .

    Mit den Nivelliergleitern unter jedem Fuß können Sie den Tisch abschließend an mögliche Unebenheiten des Bodens anpassen. 4.6 Montage Kabelführung Mit dem Tisch wurden eine horizontale Kabelführung für die Montage unter der Tischplatte sowie eine vertikale Kabelführung (Strumpfschlauch) mitgeliefert.   • Seite 12 Die vertikale Kabelführung besitzt einen Reißverschluss, der sich ganz öffnen oder schließen lässt. An beiden Enden des Strumpfschlauchs befinden sich Gummiband-Schlaufen. Die größere Schlaufe wird am Tischbein am Boden eingehängt und die kleinere Schlaufe an der Tischplatte befestigt. Legen Sie jetzt alle beliebigen Kabel in die Kabelführung ein und ziehen Sie den Reißverschluss ganz zu.

    5.2 Vormontage Untergestell 300/350 cm Hängen Sie eine Seite der Quertraverse mittels der vormontierten Schrauben in die Einhänge- öffnungen eines Fußgestells ein. Ziehen Sie beide Schrauben fest an. Hängen Sie die andere Seite der Traverse mittels der vormontierten Schrauben in die Einhänge- öffnungen des zweiten Fußgestells ein.

    5.3 Vormontage Untergestell 500/600 cm Hängen Sie bei der 500/600cm Variante die zusätzliche Quertraverse mittels der vormontierten Schrauben in die Einhängeöffnungen des Fußgestells ein. Ziehen Sie beide Schrauben fest an. Hängen Sie die andere Seite der Traverse mittels der vormontierten Schrauben in die Einhänge- öffnungen des übriggebliebenen Fußgestells ein.

    5.4 Vormontage Tischplatte Sorgen Sie für die Montage der Tischplatte für eine ausreichend große, trockene und saubere Montagefläche. Legen Sie diese Fläche unbedingt mit Decken aus und legen Sie nun die 4 Tischplattenteile vorsichtig verkehrt herum auf den Montageplatz in Position.     5.10 Montage Seitenteile für Kabelkanal-Tisch mit Klappenen Öffnen Sie bei der Variante mit Klappen, alle Klappen des Kabeldurchlasses vorsichtig. Positionieren Sie anschließend die magnetischen Seitenteile des Kabelkanals an den mit Pfeilen markierten Positionen. Drehen Sie die Stellschrauben der Seitenteile so ein, dass die Klappen bündig mit den angrenzenden Tischplatten abschließen.

    5.11 Montage Kabelführung Mit dem Tisch wurde sowohl eine horizontale Kabelführung , die unter der Tischplatte montiert wird, als auch eine vertikale Kabelführung (Strumpfschlauch) mitgeliefert. Die horizontale Kabelführung ist gedacht für die Verlegung von Kabeln z.B. Netzkabel, Telefonkabel, Stromkabel, LAN-Kabel usw.) unter der Tischplatte entlang. Diese besteht aus 3 Clipsen inkl. 3 Schrauben, die Sie individuell nach Ihrem Bedarf anschrauben können.

    4.2 Pre-assembly of under frame To assemble the underframe, insert any leg 2 into the cross beam 1 and attach it using the supplied screws and nuts . Tighten the screws firmly. Now insert the second leg into the cross beam and attach it using the screws and nuts supplied.
