CAUTION: Be sure to disconnect the main power supply from the mains before making any electrical
connections.
In compliance with Directives: 2012/19/EU and 2015/863/EU on the restriction of the use of dangerous substances in
electric and electronic equipment as well as their waste disposal. The symbol with the crossed dustbin shown on the
package indicates that the product at the end of its service life shall be collected as separate waste. Therefore, any
products that have reached the end of their useful life must be given to waste disposal centres specialising in separate
collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment, or given back to the retailer at the time of purchasing new sim-
ilar equipment, on a one for one basis. The adequate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of the equipment
sent to be recycled, treated and disposed of in an environmentally compatible way contributes to preventing possible
negative effects on the environment and health and optimises the recycling and reuse of components making up the
apparatus. Abusive disposal of the product by the user involves application of the administrative sanctions according
to the laws.
PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
1. Check that the fuses or circuit breakers in the main and branch
circuits are working properly.
2. Make sure that the wall switch is in the on mode so that the fan is
supplied with power.
3. Check that the fan cable connections and the mains cable con-
nections are securely connected.
1. Check that the wiring from the motor to the receiver and from the
receiver to the AC input is securely connected.
2. Check for loose or disconnected wires in the fan housing.
3. Check if the LED board is loose.
1. Check that the fan blades are securely bolted to the fan motor.
2. Ensure that the fan motor and top cover are tightened securely
to the ceiling mounting bracket, and that the mounting bracket is
securely mounted to the ceiling.
1. Make sure that the screws on the motor housing are screwed in
tightly and loosely or not too tightly.
2. Check that the cable connectors on the motor housing are not
bumping against each other or against the inside wall of the
housing.
3. Make sure that the fixing screws are correctly tightened. Check
the LED panel is properly installed and not touching the decora-
tive panel frame or blades.
4. Note that some fan motors are sensitive to solid state variable
speed control signals. Do not use a solid state variable speed
control.
5. Allow a period of 24 hours after installation; most noises associ-
ated with a new fan will disappear after this period.
1. Batteries are dead or incorrectly connected. Replace the bat-
teries with new ones (2xAAA) and make sure they are properly
installed.
2. The remote control is not paired, perform a new pairing with the
fan.
