Die Register (5000...5602) stehen nur mit dem optionalen Funktionsmodul A „Oberwellenanalyse" zur
Verfügung. Ansonsten sind die Register reserviert.
Bei Geräten mit der Bestellnummer B84604042 ist die Oberwellenanalyse bereits standardmäßig aktiviert.
