Vertical use: FS930E, FS930E-TWIN
Connect the karabiner (EN362) (with 85mm internal length max, weight 80gr, with a capacity of min. 25 kn and can hold 140 kg) to the swivel anchor
point on the fall arrest block (FS930E | FS930E-TWIN). Connect the hook to a proper anchor point conforming to EN 795 (minimum 12kN). Connect
the karabiner on the free end of the line with the harness (EN361) sternal or dorsal D-ring. Verify that the connectors are safely locked. Make sure you
always operate with an adequate clearance distance underneath the feet: 2 meters for the FS930E fall arrest block. Never use outside of a 30°
degree cone created from the device vertical, if a fall were to occur, the device would lock and the user would swing like a pendulum and may sustain
injury from this hazard.
The larger the angle and lateral o set, the more free space is needed to ensure that, in the event of a fall, there is no collision with the ground or
other obstacles in the fall path, including the pendulum e ect. Make sure the attachment point does not show any distortions, rust, or wear; visually
inspect the outer shell for cracks, deformations, burns, or signs of corrosion; check all the bolts and nuts are in place and properly tightened; check
the good condition of the stitches and the mechanical splicing's; make sure the connectors lock properly and the levers move freely and e ciently;
check the fall indicator, if it indicates a major fall has been arrested, require immediate servicing and do not use the product; pull out the line to the
available length to ensure that it pays out and recoils smoothly; check for signs of abrasion and/or damage; draw under control the webbing/rope/ca-
ble back into the unit; pull sharply the equipment line to engage the brake. In case of doubt, require immediate servicing and do not use the device.
In case of a fall, it should be ensured that the person is not left hanging for longer than 15 minutes. WARNING: One piece of equipment can only be
used to protect one person at a time, but can be used by several persons one after the other. A rescue plan should be in place taking into account
all potential incidents which may occur during work.
WARNING: Repair and periodic examinations for fall arrest block can only be made by a competent person who has been authorized by Fall Safe.
(Depending on wear, but every twelve months as a minimum, fall arresters should be inspected by the manufacturer or by persons trained and
authorised by the manufacturer. This inspection should be documented in the supplied log book. It is required that these inspections check the
legibility of product markings. E ectiveness and durability of the fall arrester depend on regular inspection.)
The service life of the fall arrester should be determined during each annual inspection; depending on wear, it is approx. 10 years.
The fall arrest block should be the personal property of the user. Fall arresters may be used only by persons who have been trained accordingly or
have been instructed by a competent person. The person using the device should not have any physical or health impairments. (Alcohol, drug or
medication abuse, cardiovascular problems). Ensure that the fall arrest block is compatible with other items when assembled into a system. Usage
with other un-compatible items may be dangerous as the safe function of one item may be a ected or may interfere with the safe function of another.
Fall arresters should be protected against the impact of welding flames and sparks, fire, acidic substances, alkaline substances and the like. Withdraw
for use immediately if there is any doubt about its safe condition or if it has already arrested a fall. The equipment shall not be used again until
confirmed in writing, by a competent person, that it is acceptable to do so. ATTENTION!!! Please ensure before use that the fall indicator is as shown
in picture (5) and that the equipment is ready for use. If the fall indicator has been activated, the FS930E or FS930E-TWIN shall not be used.
WARNING: The FS930E and FS930E-TWIN shall not be used in any application where the self-locking function may not activate e.g. inclined
surfaces, free flowing solids.
For use with the fall arresters, only full body harnesses according to EN 361:2002 are approved (other harnesses are not permitted). Are permitted
extensions on the fall arrest block e.g. connection to an anchor sling but it is not recommended the use of a full body harness with an extension to
the attachment point due to the increase of the fall factor. WARNING: During use of the FS930E-TWIN avoid crossing and twisting the two retractable
lanyards.
WARNING: it is essential for the safety of the user that if the product is re-sold outside the original country of destination the reseller shall provide
instructions for use, for maintenance, for periodic examination and for repair in the language of the country in which the product is to be used. This
equipment shall not be used outside it limitions, or for any purpose other than that for which it is intended.
For clean the device was to use an damp cloth and let it dry naturally, away from heat sources. ATTENTION!!! The fall arresters should be stored and
transported in a dry, dust-free and oil-free environment. Textile components which have become wet due to cleaning or use should be dried by
natural means only. Do not dry near fire or similar sources of heat. Before using disinfectants, you have to contact the manufacturer due to the
complex legal product classifications based on the specific applications and constituents.
ATTENTION!!! In order to prevent a negative impact on the safe function of the fall arresting devices, it is only permitted to use accessories approved
by the manufacturer. The manufacturer
is not liable for any accidents involving the life and limb of the user if using non-approved accessories. Making any alterations or additions to the
equipment without the manufacturer's prior written consent, and that any repair shall only be carried out in accordance with manufacturer's procedu-
res;
Horizontal use over sharp edge (Edge tested): FS930E, FS930E-TWIN

The FS930E fall arrester block can be used in conformity with EN 360:2023 within a temperature range between - 30°C (-22°F) and +50°C (+122°F) (
J ). The max. working load of the person to be secured is 50 - 140kg.
The fall arresting device has been successfully tested for horizontal application and a fall over the edge simulated from this. Here an edge radius r =
0.5 mm was used for fall arresting devices with fastener made from webbing
A risk assessment should be carried out prior to starting work. If the edge over which a fall may occur is a particularly "cutting" edge and / or is not
free of burrs (e.g. uncovered parapet or sharp, reinforced sheet metal edge), appropriate precautions should be taken prior to starting work.
A fall over the edge should be excluded and the max. working load of the devices for the stress sustained during a fall over edges ( I and E ) should
not be exceeded. The user must comply with all instructions in the marking and product instructions.

The anchor point of the fall arrester should not be below the surface (e.g. platform, flat roof) the person using the device is standing on ( 4 ). The
required clearance below the edge is shown in Figure 3 . In order to prevent a fall with a swinging movement, the working area and the lateral
movement from the centre line should be limited to max. 1.50 m on both sides. In other cases, no single anchor points should be used, but e.g. type
C anchor devices (only if approved for shared use) or type D devices according to EN 795.

Vertikální použití: FS930E, FS930E-TWIN
Připojte karabinu (EN362) (s maximální vnitřní délkou 85 mm, hmotností 80 g, s minimální nosností 25 kn a nosností 140 kg) k otočnému kotevnímu
bodu na bloku pro zachycení pádu (FS930E | FS930E-TWIN). Připojte hák k vhodnému kotevnímu bodu podle normy EN 795 (minimálně 12 kN).
Připojte karabinu na volném konci lana k hrudnímu nebo zádovému D-kroužku postroje (EN361). Zkontrolujte, zda jsou konektory bezpečně zajištěny.
Ujistěte se, že vždy pracujete s dostatečnou vzdáleností pod nohama: 2 metry pro záchytný blok FS930E. Nikdy nepoužívejte mimo 30° kužel
vytvořený svislou částí zařízení, pokud by došlo k pádu, zařízení by se zablokovalo a uživatel by se houpal jako kyvadlo a mohl by se tímto
nebezpečím zranit.
Čím větší je úhel a boční odsazení, tím více volného prostoru je potřeba, aby se zajistilo, že v případě pádu nedojde ke kolizi se zemí nebo jinými
překážkami v dráze pádu, včetně kyvadlového efektu. Ujistěte se, že upevňovací bod nevykazuje žádné deformace, rez ani opotřebení; vizuálně
zkontrolujte vnější plášť, zda nevykazuje praskliny, deformace, spáleniny nebo známky koroze; zkontrolujte, zda jsou všechny šrouby a matice na
svém místě a správně utažené; Zkontrolujte dobrý stav stehů a mechanických spojů; ujistěte se, že konektory správně zajišťují a páky se volně a
efektivně pohybují; zkontrolujte indikátor pádu. Pokud signalizuje zastavení většího pádu, vyžadujte okamžitý servis a výrobek nepoužívejte.
Vytáhněte lano na dostupnou délku, abyste se ujistili, že se hladce navíjí a navíjí. Zkontrolujte, zda nevykazuje známky oděru a/nebo poškození.
Kontrolovaně zatáhněte popruh/lano/kabel zpět do jednotky. Prudce zatáhněte za lano zařízení, abyste zajistili brzdu. V případě pochybností
vyžadujte okamžitý servis a zařízení nepoužívejte. V případě pádu je třeba zajistit, aby osoba nezůstala viset déle než 15 minut. VAROVÁNÍ: Jeden
kus zařízení lze použít pouze k ochraně jedné osoby najednou, ale může být používán několika osobami po sobě. Měl by být zaveden záchranný
plán, který zohledňuje všechny potenciální incidenty, ke kterým může dojít během práce.
VAROVÁNÍ: Opravy a pravidelné kontroly zachycovacího bloku může provádět pouze kompetentní osoba autorizovaná společností Fall Safe. (V
závislosti na opotřebení, minimálně však každých dvanáct měsíců, by měly být zachycovače pádu kontrolovány výrobcem nebo osobami vyškolený-
mi a autorizovanými výrobcem. Tato kontrola by měla být zdokumentována v dodaném provozním deníku. Je nutné, aby tyto kontroly kontrolovaly
čitelnost označení výrobku. Účinnost a trvanlivost zachycovače pádu závisí na pravidelné kontrole.)
Životnost zachycovače pádu by měla být stanovena při každé roční kontrole; v závislosti na opotřebení je to přibližně 10 let.
Zachycovač pádu by měl být osobním majetkem uživatele. Zachycovače pádu mohou používat pouze osoby, které byly odpovídajícím způsobem
vyškoleny nebo poučeny kompetentní osobou. Osoba používající zařízení by neměla mít žádné fyzické ani zdravotní postižení. (Zneužívání alkoholu,
drog nebo léků, kardiovaskulární problémy). Ujistěte se, že je zachycovač pádu kompatibilní s jinými položkami při montáži do systému. Použití s
jinými nekompatibilními položkami může být nebezpečné, protože bezpečná funkce jedné položky může být ovlivněna nebo může narušit
bezpečnou funkci jiné. Zachycovače pádu by měly být chráněny před dopadem svařovacích plamenů a jisker, ohně, kyselých látek, alkalických látek
a podobně. Pokud existují jakékoli pochybnosti o jeho bezpečném stavu nebo pokud již došlo k zastavení pádu, okamžitě jej vyřaďte z provozu.
Zařízení se nesmí znovu používat, dokud kompetentní osoba písemně nepotvrdí, že je to přijatelné. POZOR!!! Před použitím se prosím ujistěte, že
indikátor pádu je v poloze, jak je znázorněno na obrázku (5), a že je zařízení připraveno k použití. Pokud byl indikátor pádu aktivován, nesmí se
zařízení FS930E ani FS930E-TWIN používat. VAROVÁNÍ: Zařízení FS930E a FS930E-TWIN se nesmí používat v aplikacích, kde by se samosvorná
funkce neaktivovala, např. na šikmých površích, u volně tekoucích pevných látek.
