PLACE THE CENTRING GUIDE IN THE UPPER HOLE OF THE X'COMP AND POSITION THE CENTRING ROD INSIDE THE CENTRING
DEVICE. THE CENTRING ROD MUST BE MOUNTED ON THE STAY ROD'S THREADED NUT PART.
Tip: Use the right centring kit for the shock absorber model concerned (assignment in appendix).It is also possible to couple
a CPA-FIL case end fitting to the centring rod. Before positioning the centring kit, place the appropriate end fitting in the
stay rod' s threaded nut part. Insert the centring rod in the end fitting to facilitate guidance.
Check that the spring is correctly positioned in the shock absorber cup.

CLOSE THE X'COMP'S DOOR.

PRESS AND HOLD THE RED PUSHBUTTON TO COMPRESS THE SPRING.
> The red pressurisation indicator indicates the presence of pneumatic power in the spring compressor.
Tip: Maintain and guide the shock absorber using the centring rod. Allow the upper nut thread protrude by several centimetres from
the stay rod.
Do not put your hand on the upper part of the door
to avoid any risk of crushing it when closing the door.
