OPEN THE STAY ROD CLAMP AND POSITION THE SHOCK ABSORBER AND SPRING ASSEMBLY.
Install the shock absorber and spring assembly correctly in line with the installation instructions given on the X'COMP®' s chassis. Check
the height of the shock absorber and spring assembly using the gauges on the X'COMP®' s chassis. If the shock absorber cup extends
beyond the green part, it will not be possible to remove the shock absorber. Refer to the diagrams in the installation instructions to
position the shock absorber and spring assembly correctly. The shock absorber' s lower cup must bottom out against the upper part
of the stay rod clamp. With the installation supports present on the shock absorber' s stay rod, position the installation support against
the upper part of the stay rod clamp. Check that the stay rod clamp does not tighten onto the welded part of the shock absorber.

TIGHTEN THE SHOCK ABSORBER IN THE STAY ROD
CLAMP USING THE THUMBWHEEL.
Check that the shock absorber is correctly positioned in the vertical axis of the spring compressor. Check that there isn't anything
preventing the door from closing. Do not put your hand on the upper part of the door to avoid any risk of crushing it when closing the door.

PRESS AND HOLD THE RED PUSHBUTTON TO COMPRESS THE SPRING, UNTIL THE SHOCK ABSORBER HEAD'S
THREADED NUT PART PROTRUDES THROUGH THE SAFETY HATCH.

CLOSE THE X'COMP'S DOOR.
> The red pressurisation indicator indicates the presence of
pneumatic power in the spring compressor.
