1. CARRIER BANK 1 – use this button to select a carrier
from bank 1. The selection will be indicated by the
adjacent LEDs. Choose from triangle/ramp, square/pulse
or mul(tiple) wave.
CARRIER BANK 2 – use this button to select a carrier

from bank 2. The selection will be indicated by the
adjacent LEDs. Choose from noise, vox or FM.
Please note that carrier banks 1 and 2 are mutually
exclusive, so switching from one to the other
deactivates the one which is not in use.
3. CAR SHAPE – use this control to adjust the shape of
the carriers:

Carrier 1 wave one is ramp when fully counter-

clockwise (CCW); triangle at center; sawtooth at
fully clockwise (CW).

Carrier 1 wave 2 CAR SHAPE changes the PWM

duty cycle.

Carrier 1 wave three is two sawtooth waves when

fully CCW, more waves are added as the control is

turned CW and the waves morph from sawtooth to

square. When fully CW the wave is two squares.

Carrier 2 wave one controls filter cutoff.

Carrier 2 wave two shapes the phonemes of the

Carrier 2 wave three detunes the FM operator.
SHAPE CV ATTENUVERTER – use this control to adjust

the level (CW) or inversion (CCW) of CV control of carrier
1 shape from socket 5.
5. SHAPE CV IN – use this 3.5 mm TS jack socket to input
a control voltage over carrier 1 shape from an external
source. Range is –5 V to +5 V.
