Compression therapy reduces oedema and accelerates venous
return flow. Vertical foam channels form a unique surface
structure that supports lymphatic drainage.
Notes for use
Your specialist retailer or your therapist will be happy to show
you how to use the product correctly. The hook and loop seg-
ments must be attached to the tabs before you wear the prod-
uct for the first time. Make sure the label is on the inside. There
must not be any large folds during donning or wearing. If re-
quired, you can increase the wrap's compression by adjusting
the tabs from the bottom to the top. The Juzo  SleepCompress
can also be used without the incorporated lining.
Arm (A)
1. Juzo  SleepCompress arm are available in left and right ver-
sions. The touch fasteners must be attached to the product.
2. Put your arm into the integrated lining with your palm facing
upwards. Now position the upper edge of the wrap below
your armpit. The comfort zone of the arm wrap is located in
the crook of the arm.
3. Bend your arm at a 90 degree angle and start by closing
the tabs from the hand. Tighten them towards the outside of
the hand. Continue closing the other tabs from the bottom
to the top.
4. Check that the product exerts pleasant, noticeable
compression. If you feel pain or other problems, loosen the
touch fasteners.
Calf (B)
1. Juzo SleepCompress below-knee is available in left and
right versions. The touch fasteners must be attached to the
product.
2. Put your leg into the integrated foot lining. Position your foot
so that your heel is in the designated comfort area.
3. Start by closing the tabs on the foot. Tighten them towards
the outside of the leg. Continue closing the other tabs from
the bottom to the top.
4. Check that the product exerts pleasant, noticeable
compression. If you feel pain or other problems, loosen the
touch fasteners.
Leg (C)
1. Juzo SleepCompress Leg is available in left and right ver-
sions. The touch fasteners must be attached to the product.
2. Put your leg into the integrated foot lining. Position your foot
so that your heel is in the designated comfort area.
3. Start by closing the tabs on the foot. Tighten them towards
the outside of the leg. Continue closing the other tabs from
the bottom to the top.
4. Check that the product exerts pleasant, noticeable
compression. If you feel pain or other problems, loosen the
touch fasteners.
Please note:
Only wear Juzo  SleepCompress if it has been prescribed by
a doctor. The products should only be dispensed by properly
trained staff at a medical retailer. Further treatment success or
a change in condition will require re-measurement and poten-
tially a new product. Please contact your specialist retailer in
the event of damage. Do not repair the product yourself – this
may affect its quality and medical effectiveness. The sewn-in
textile label (if present) is important for the identification and
traceability of the product. We therefore ask you not to remove
the label under any circumstances.
Washing and care instructions
Wash the Juzo  SleepCompress after each use. Please note the
care instructions on the textile label sewn into your product.
Prior to washing, close all touch fasteners or, if this is not pos-
sible, remove them. The products can be machine-washed at
60°C using a laundry detergent for delicate fabrics. Tip: a mesh
laundry bag additionally protects the product. Please do not
use fabric softener. Never use bleach. Before drying, stretch
the items while they are wet. You can reduce drying time by
placing the Juzo  SleepCompress on a thick towel, rolling the
towel up tightly and firmly pressing out excess moisture. Do not
leave the product in the towel and do not dry it on a radiator or
in the sun. Juzo  SleepCompress can be tumble-dried but must
not be ironed.
Treatment and disinfection
(for hospital use)
This product has been successfully tested in accordance with
DIN ISO TS 15883-5, SOD 19-002, EN ISO 17664, SOD 19-01
and the Robert Koch Institute "Hygiene Requirements for the
Reprocessing of Medical Devices" guideline. The Juzo Sleep-
Compress can be quantifiably treated, cleaned and disinfected
in compliance with the provisions of the guideline compiled
by the German Society for Hospital Hygiene (DGKH) and the
German Society for Sterile Supply (DGSV).
