11 Troubleshooting
Disorder
Induction unit does not turn on.
The induction unit does not heat.
The appliance suddenly stops
operation.
The heating level is too low.
Possible cause
1. No / insufficient supply voltage.
2. Internal defect.
1. The cookware is not suitable for
induction or the bottom diameter
is too small.
2. The cookware is not placed in
the middle of the glass ceramic
surface.
3. The overheat protection is
activated.

1. The cookware does not have a
flat bottom or is made of unsuitable
material.
Troubleshooting
1. Plug the cord into a suitable
socket. Make sure the socket
has the correct voltage. Assure
that the appliance is switched on.
